The couple married at industrialist Shivinder Singh’s farmhouse in Delhi. “My bhabhi is very nice, I hope sabko aisi bhabhi mile,” Sanah, Shahid’s step-sister told the media, as she accompanied the couple, along with Shahid’s father, actor Pankaj Kapoor and step-mother Supriya Pathak. “Thank you so much for your support, we look forward to spending this time with our family,” said Pankaj.
The wedding was a family affair. “They wanted a very private ceremony. Only around 40 of their close friends and family were present,” a source close to the actor told HT City. The venue of the wedding had tight security and there were barricades placed on the road near the bungalow.
